Justin D. Key is a Los Angeles–based actor, keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and author with nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of entertainment, business, and education. A true multi-hyphenate, he has built a dynamic career as a performer, professor, consultant, and creative leader.

Justin’s work spans film, television, and national campaigns — with appearances on Netflix, BET, Comedy Central, PBS, Amazon Prime, and in campaigns for Walmart, Ross, and Burlington. His impact has been recognized by Forbes, Black Enterprise (2019 Man of Distinction), the UNCF Hall of Honor, Memphis 40 Under 40, and his hometown of Rossville, TN, which awarded him the Key to the City for his success and philanthropic contributions.

As founder of Black Theorem Co., Justin partners with Fortune 500s, universities, and startups on leadership, mindset, and inclusion. He also leads Black Theorem Media, a production company dedicated to storytelling that reflects cultural richness and amplifies underrepresented voices. In addition, Justin is a professor at USC’s School of Dramatic Arts and the bestselling author of Mind Control, with his new book The Pursuit of Curiosity released in January 2025.
