The firm partners with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and media organizations, delivering keynotes, workshops, and advisory services that drive measurable change. Black Theorem also serves as consulting producers in film and television, ensuring authentic storytelling and representation on screen.

Justin is also the Founder & CEO of Black Theorem Media, LLC, a media production company dedicated to diverse storytelling across film, TV, digital, publishing, and voiceover. Its mission: creativity without borders, culture in every story, diversity in every voice.
