Holding an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Mount Saint Mary's University and a Doctorate in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University, Justin combines academic rigor with practical experience. He is the founder and managing partner of Black Theorem Co., a consulting firm specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), leadership development, and mindset growth. The firm is sought after for keynote addresses, interactive facilitation, and innovative training programs. The company believes in the power of storytelling combined with DEI expertise to create impactful experiences. The approach engages audiences with relatable stories and research-based insights, fostering inclusivity, celebrating diversity, and sparking innovation. The firm also brings insight and expertise to the entertainment industry as consulting producers on film, TV, and media projects.
